The owner, Bobby, provided a very reasonable quote and followed up by sending a clear, official, and fully itemized quotation directly to our property management company, including warranty details. The work was completed on time as promised. Throughout the repair, Bobby kept us updated with before-and-after photos, which gave us a lot of confidence since we were coordinating everything remotely.
