After having a horrible experience with other remediation companies in Orlando, Will and his team took great care of my house during the remediation process. They listened to all of my concerns and went above and beyond the initial scope of work. Their communication was great, including immediate text and phone calls back and availability after normal business hours. After the remediation was completed, Will recommended a dry wall contractor and he left the containments up while the drywall was being replaced. All of my furniture was put back and I received an almost 250 page detailed report with pictures. I highly recommend using DryMetrics!
