Long story is from start to finish, Tucker's Carpet went above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations. Bruce met with us and we were shown a huge variety of LPV options to choose one and he guided us adeptly to find something high quality that would meet our preferences and needs. Shopping for flooring turned into an interesting and enjoyable experience and I also learned things from him as well. (He knows his product) . We were kept informed regularly throughout the estimate, ordering, and install process. The real MVPS were his team of installers: Bob, Jerry, Ethan and Allen. You may have heard people say,"No one wants to work hard anymore". That was not the case at all here. Our home and this project was a huge pain in the ----- and a very challenging undertaking. They did not blink an eye. Every day they showed up on time, worked as a collaborative team to rip up old carpet, take away pre existing old hardwood, shop vac and level the sub floor and then install the LPV we ordered. Every cut they did is perfect. No seams, lines, uneveness, or warping. They checked for any errors (none!) and reported to us a plumbing concern we had no idea about -which could have led to future serious problems. They cleaned up and moved furniture carefully if they needed to. I was talking to one of the workers who was so friendly and he said his intention was "to leave a home better than how they found it."Well they certainly did! Thank you Bruce,Terri,Bob,Allen,Jerry and Ethan for leaving our home a WHOLE LOT better than how you found it.

Not only was Tuckers able to procure the carpet I wanted, but they also price matched/beat their competitors AND did a mockup for me to see the edge condition that I was concerned with. The new carpet looks great and I am so pleased with the job that Wayne, our installer did. He was on time, professional, courteous, and worked extremely hard to remove the old carpet and install the new one beautifully all by himself and all in one day! Absolutely recommend Tuckers for all your carpeting needs big and small.
