  EuroHomes built our custom home in West Fenwick last year and they did an incredible job. Their communication, craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none. During the build we had numerous friends and family that are very well versed in home building visit and comment on how solid and impressive the construction was. We were extremely particular customers and had a lot of very detailed requests. Narek and George approached each request with the same attention to detail that they would take as if it were their own home. They really care. The communication and planning was also great. Narek would contact me on a regular basis reminding me of decisions still needed, projected construction timelines and estimated completion dates. He answered all my calls (which were numerous), or would return my call the same day or next day at the latest. I can’t say enough about Narek and EuroHomes. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a custom home build or renovation. You will receive a high quality build at a very reasonable price, accompanied by an attentive and caring owner and crew.

  Narek, his employees, and subcontractors did a fantastic job on our new home. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. He provided excellent guidance to us on the quality of products when we were choosing fixtures, flooring, and other options for our home. They were right on time with the timeline that they provided to us for the completion of our home. We hear so many horror stories from other people regarding their contractors. We had none of that. We were extremely happy with the decisions we made by choosing Euro Homes for the construction of our new home. I would highly recommend this company.

  We have built two other custom homes and completely remodeled a third, so we know what quality construction looks like. From our first interaction with Narek (owner), I was sure that Euro Homes would be building our new beach home. The job was large, not only were we building a new custom home, but needed to demolish our families large old (1970s) brick ranch house on the property. Narek’s bid was significantly more complete (included items not even addressed in others) and the most competitive we received. Euro is a truly custom home builder – Narek worked together with us to finalize our homes design and features and was willing to work with plans I created myself (not many other were willing to do so). As construction ensued and challenges arose (as they always do in custom construction), Narek gave us all the options and provided his recommendation for how best to proceed and all along kept us on track from a schedule standpoint – even during the peak of the COVID19 pandemic. We are extremely pleased with our new home and would recommend Euro/Narek and his team to anyone considering a renovation or new home construction.

  Eurohomes and their owner, Narek, have been my go to builder for new construction projects, as well as major and minor remodeling/ renovation jobs for the past seven years. They deliver what is promised, on or ahead of schedule and refuse to compromise on quality. If you’re considering building or any size rehab job - they should be your first call - you won’t be disappointed!
