The job was large, not only were we building a new custom home, but needed to demolish our families large old (1970s) brick ranch house on the property. Narek’s bid was significantly more complete (included items not even addressed in others) and the most competitive we received. Euro is a truly custom home builder – Narek worked together with us to finalize our homes design and features and was willing to work with plans I created myself (not many other were willing to do so). As construction ensued and challenges arose (as they always do in custom construction), Narek gave us all the options and provided his recommendation for how best to proceed and all along kept us on track from a schedule standpoint – even during the peak of the COVID19 pandemic. We are extremely pleased with our new home and would recommend Euro/Narek and his team to anyone considering a renovation or new home construction.
