The customer service was excellent if you have to close the store for business reasons, I understand however I hope that all your other stores have employees like the ones I’m dealing with now thank you and have a blessed day.

John helped me load my floors into my car and allowed me to pick up the other half another day. Service was amazing, i even stayed to chat a bit about floors with the crew. The price unbeatable since I opted for a discontinued item (but it was exactly the style I was looking for), and Michael was very nice, cordial and attentive. So, these 5 stars are essentially just for the service I received from Michael and, of course, the price I was quoted. Once I receive the crown molding and I'll be able to inspect it, I might leave another review on the overall quality and also the delivery/shipping.
