I’ve called back two times just to proactively reach out. Each time I’m greeted by very nice staff but am informed of staffing issues and that the owner would be provided my name to return the call with the initial proposal. Signed with Tesla. Really wanted to work with this company but couldn’t receive materials to ascertain viability, spend, and actionable activities.

The moment it had a problem and failed in a tropical storm, Matt the technician was literally there within 2 hours and was kind and sympathetic to our problem. He diagnosed the problem, order the part promptly, cautioning that it might be delayed due to COVID (luckily it was not). They answered my messages even after hours on the weekend and are incredibly responsive. Their work is great, their customer service impeccable - a combination which is hard to find in the contractor world. This is a family run small business with hardworking, honest folks and I recommend them to anyone!
