- CFChelsea FaithDec 27, 20181.0The two times we have order materials for our home we have had a terrible experience. The first time we ordered doors. We called two weeks later to ask if they were ready to be picked up and they told us they forgot to even order the doors at all! Then we made a call to get a quote for moldings for our bedroom. We listed all the model numbers and footage and they said they would call us back in three days with a quote. When they didn't call us back on the date they said they would we called ourselves and they said they had no idea who we had spoken to and there was nothing in the system so we needed to give them the models again. Both time our orders were literally ignored as if they don't want business. If you're not a big contractor that they can make money off of don't expect them to even place your order.
