Some jobs have some serious glitches and the response of the company (Hardwood Direct) is vitally important. Our order had serious manufacturing flaws and they weren't discovered until way after the return date. (We purchased before construction). John and Tom stepped up and worked directly with the distributor AND manufacturer to do the right thing. We are very happy with Hardwood Direct and highly recommend them!
