- KMKath McGuinessNov 16, 20252.0The repair required 3 visits. We were without heat for days. This is a newly installed unit (July). We had an appointment for the 8-10 am window. We requested multiple call backs and received none. The service person arrived after noon with no explanation or apology for the delay until asked.
- NLNancy LeBrunNov 14, 20255.0My mother had Horizon come out to do the yearly check on our heat pump and we were told that there was water in the pump and a crack and it needed to be fixed and or replaced fix $6,000 replace 11,000 I called action Energy Systems to come in and check because I did not trust the person from Horizon. Hunter came and spent about a half hour under the house with the heat pump came back and told me after checking everything there was no gas leak there was no crack there was a little bit of water dripping which is a minor thing but no real cost for alarm but otherwise the heat pump is working at 94% and there is no need to replace or fix anything. I am so grateful and will continue to use their services anytime I need them five stars.
