    From the moment my husband and I met with Christy Dorman-representative of DRB Chase Oaks Homes, Lewes DE-we knew we were in good hands. Her active listening skills, attention to details, and empathic nature-was the right mix in helping us select our "forever" home. Once we decided to puchase-Christy introduced us to a team of professionsals: Financing, Construction, Design, etc, who made the entire experince seamless. Moreover, this is my second single family home "new construction" project and my experience with DRB Homes was polar opposite of the one with another builder. It truly matters who you partner with.     Christie Dorman was the best! She was so welcoming to me, as an agent, allowing me to be a part of the process from the beginning. I value the opportunity to assist my clients all the way to settlement and beyond, whether they are purchasing a resale home or a new construction home, and many builder's sales reps would rather not have an agent tagging along after a contract is signed. Not Christie! She kept me informed along the way, which allowed me to continue to serve my clients as an advisor, offering reassurance and assisting with their concerns. I appreciate DRB's commitment to their customers, and their recognition that real estate agents have a place as valued partners to our clients during the transaction.
