- JCJim CarlDec 31, 20255.0Alltemp Air (Jason) provided impressive service repairing a Rinnai tankless hot water heater after our contracted provider failed to fix the intermittent issue on initial call and follow-up visit was delayed. Jason was able to analyze and isolate the issue, made temporary repairs so we had hot water consistently until parts arrived and installed within 2 days of initial call. We were so impressed with services from Alltemp Air that we are planning to transfer all of our HVAC and water heater support agreements.

I did some research and found AllTemp, I called on a Friday afternoon and Paris so was helpful and understanding - took my problem on board and gave me a sense of "what a great company" off the bat. My gut feel was not wrong, Jason turned up to try and resolve my issues, my heart kind of told me up front I think I need a new furnace, Paris was good enough to arrange for Jason to come out too around the same time to quote for a new unit just incase. Jason certainly gave it his best shot, but my appliance was not going to respond, it was done! Dylan helped me with options for a new furnace, with absolutely no pressure to make a decision. I made my choice and couldn't believe they could get me on the schedule for the next day! Sure enough Ken & Ray turned up right on time and worked all day, did the install, cleaned up and were even singing while they worked - their work might have been better than their singing but it was lovely to hear. I can't thank the whole team for what they did. Family owned, I love, attention to detail, I love, everyone I spoke to felt like one big family ... you guys are truly amazing, I recommend you in a heartbeat and I'm very particular about who I recommend!!!
