Me and my husband had our house built by DRB and worked with Kimberly through the process, both were amazing! They made everything easy and stress free, and the quality of the work is beautiful. The project manager Reese did an incredible job, and Kimberly was always helpful and quick to respond. I absolutely love our new home and would highly recommend them!

We love our DRB home very well built production manager Reese is awesome he went above and beyond to make our move in date happen. He really cares about his job. We also would like to include Deb she made the paperwork process seamless great job and Johnathan who made a great backup for Reese. What a awesome team they worked together to make it happen for us and really appreciate them all 😁 We would highly recommend DRB homes.

DRB : I have been asked by DRB to remove this post. Structured lifestyle? Not always here. Pros/cons re: HOA.'s. We wanted structure consistently. Safety and basic sanitation. Code enforcement marked 15+ open overstuffed trash cans today! Lazy/Slumlike. HOA not proficient in compliance to THEIR own rules and town/state law. DRB vying for ANY market for sales. PCAM is the HOA servicer DRB uses til enough owner board members (now 2.) as homes built. Owner/Investors have 10+ rentals.Ethical? More rentals if neighborhood is seen for what it is at times...careless unreliable lifestyle in our time here with possible changing of docs mentioned to lower bar at recent HOA meeting. So far: crumbling driveways, falling siding, overcrowding homes 13+, continued homeless nearby in woods getting to the Walmart...(buyers watch out back section of unsold lots) foundation holes, buckled trim, electrical issues, TV issues, geese stains, local panhandling at Walmart/Redners parking lot one minute away, (a hang out), tenting, speeding, blown stop signs, home run businesses, SWAT TEAM in, overflowing piled up trash/recycle cans NOT out of sight or closed as DRB had sold us on.( Check on a Friday AM) Lamp posts lying uninstalled in vacant lot over 2 months in dead grass with no updates, wrong way parking, commercial ladder vehicles, yard eyesores, extreme drainage issues. (Mudpond behind sales office!! ) Exhausting. Embarrassing. Disappointing. Violations unaddressed or intimidation techniques used if you complain. Delays. HOA will ignore concerns w/ excuses! DRB/HOA uses spin techniques frequently. Be careful! Police maintain local and state law when brought to their attention. Also prank trespassing, Banging on our garage door at 2 AM. Entitlement, some self serving board members! (Told by PCAM police have better things to do than to address code/law violations.) Rodents/cats in open trash cans. Repeated complaints but not mentioned at meetings. Selective concerns. Issues that negate basic civil lifestyle. We wanted moderate rules for property investment values. Sensible adherence to HOA docs and laws of town and state. Not trivial foolishness. Nearby HOA homes appear to comply with basic standards and are maintained consistently but NOT CP. This has been our primary complaint along with safety. If ignored by PCAM I resent E mails with concerns. Criticized. Limited response. Remember original neighbors? You don't know what you'll see next as new infractions come up regularly. I was filmed by a bully board member in my vehicle ( I'm 72) suggesting to neighbors on his lame, now defunct FB group that I called out stuff like garden flags. Not true. Lame. Getting my mail and drove around the block and saw many code and state law violations for investment protection ONLY. Misrepresentation by board member. Cowardly. Bullying. Childish. Seld involved. His actions were brought up during HOA zoom meeting as my daughter lit into him for stalking me ...well deserved. Irreparable damage done. Our life savings to buy this DRB home -1st home experience for my kid. For example. Re: massive geese problem that came up at past HOA meeting in the due to sidewalk staining with rust and green waste left behind from standing water. On record we were told they were gathered up and served to needy in Georgetown to shock and guilt I guess. Heck we eat meat. Not necessary. We would move but unaffordable as we moved from NJ just 2 years ago for 20 grand plus house.) Tax benefits. Why can't DRB/HOA get this place to meet its own HOA standards like nearby pricier communities. DRB- Be truthful of brand/lifestyle you sell.Folks bailing. HOA type living or not? A divided community with different goals. Cannot satisfy both groups and succeed. Think carefully. Drive around. Sleeping in town center on news today. Hard to stay hopeful as we simply want what we pay for. We have not found it here YET. Ask questions about past issues mentioned in this post, honestly. Have they been corrected for the future? It's time for College Park to get it right!

I recently worked with your team to assist my buyers with their new construction build in June of 2023. The construction of the home was exceptional, and the project manager Reese was very thorough with my buyers during their homeowner orientations.
My only concern was the lack of communication throughout the build process, especially once the contract was signed. With the sales team turnover, I was not notified of the change or provided with new contact information. As an agent who is actively involved with their buyers, this can be a major issue.
I understand that changes can happen, and I am grateful for the excellent work on the build. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so that we can ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.
