My gas provider and the gas service that provided the fireplace log would not help with the pilot lighting Bayside sent a tech over with in the hour . He had to do some adjusting and sanding of the box but did get it working. A plus customer service

When the inside temp got to 48, I called Bayside. and 45 minutes later, they were waiting for me in my driveway. Brandon and his apprentice (Norman, I think) were terrific. Fixed it within an hour. I signed a service contract with them because they were there when I needed them most. Don't make the mistake of calling someone else first. Go directly to Bayside! Thanks!

I got multiple opinions and it was fixed in seconds. I had to leave my house in 5 degree weather and purchase an Airbnb because of his dishonesty. Then the sales guy called and said if you’re getting another opinion I’m not wasting my time with you and I’ll wait for them to give price first. Very high pressure dishonest company beware and question everything they say always get a second opinion!!!
