Bayside's team (Brandon, Milton and Abner, thank you!) came out to diagnose the problem and explained what was necessary to fix it. Before moving forward, we were given a very fair price quote and within a few days, the parts were installed and the problem was fixed beautifully. We could not be happier with Bayside's attention and excellent communication (thank you, Danielle!). Highly recommended!!

Miles from Bayside came the same day I called. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He immediately found water where it should not have been. Two hours later, both our systems were in tip-top shape. We decided to go with the maintenance plan, to be on the safe side. Very reasonable.

And I gave them four of my batteries! They charged me 229.00 for replacing 4AA batteries! They were here all of 15 minutes.I so wanted to give them a great review, but I can’t because of the rediculous price they charged me. **UPDATE** I assume the owner got bent out of shape because of my negative review. He called me and said he would give me a full refund but wouldn’t be able to service my condo anymore. Lol (like I would want him too!) He said he would drop a check off at my condo on Friday. I said I would be home all day, which I was. I waited all day for him. Needless to say, he never showed up. I’m telling you these folks are shady and dishonest! Use at your own risk!!!
