  See Bearzer's response to complaints that the common grounds, and grass strips along the walkways are dangerous. I am not the only one complaining. Rather than fix the problem, they change the rules. This is not what we paid for. We did not pay for poor craftsmanship. We did not pay for dirt that is unsafe. Beazer's lawyer Ian Hall ESQ "The common area grounds are not for recreation There should not be any expectation that these grounds are or should be perfectly flat. We have temporary signs in place admonishing homeowners of the same and will have permanent signs in place soon". People have already FALLEN on this soil, they literally tossed a couple of shovels of dirt into the "Ankle Breakers" (that's what these holes are nicknamed) and now say that the Homeowners are wrong. Beazer gambles with people's safety and well being. This has been going on for months. IMO have been insulted and lied to. Thanks Beazer for a wonderful retirement experience (sarcasm). I have filed complaints with the BBB, DE DOI, FTC and Beazer does not care at all. There are many residents here who are dissatisfied with Beazer, a company that does not take pride in their product, they value profit over people. Buyer beware! Oh, having things in writing makes no difference. We have in our contract items that have not been fulfilled after 2 years of living here. Not recommended business. Unfair business practices, Bad Faith. Deny, delay, blame the homeowner. Unfair business practices. There are dozens of HO's in Sycamore Chase that share these feelings.

  My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with Team Beazer at Sycamore Chase. Tracy and Lynn have provided great insight and advise. Mike, the construction Manager, communicates weekly and is available to answer any questions at all times. As stated we have had a great experience thus far and anticipate that it will continue through settlement and beyond.

  We recently bought a lot and our building a home in sycamore chase. The entire process has been great. We are working with Tracy bender and she has been fantastic! She has helped us every step of the way , she is very responsive and professional. We went to their design center and worked with Nicole, she was great as well, very knowledgeable with fixtures , color schemes, etc.
