I called the local office for the company (Delmar Delaware) and they scheduled a repair person to come out. The tech was very polite, on time, and called me to let me know he (Robert) was on the way. He was able to fix the problem, and replace the broken parts quickly. Robert cleaned up the area when the repair was finished. He even took the time to explain to me what he had replaced and made sure the window was working correctly before he left. I will say that, from my call to Window World's local office, to the finished repair was a quick process. Very happy with the service.
