I recently had an inspection by another vendor and was told that Northstar had installed an improper (too small) drip pan to one unit, and had not connected a duct to the actual HVAC unit. I brought this to the attention of Northstar and they agreed that these were mistakes at installation but because I had just noticed the problems after 5 yrs, they charged me a total of $668 to complete the improper installation work. Unbelievable poor quality control and customer service.
