Actually, I like all their employees, but Aaron is my absolute favorite. I first met him in the Newark, DE store about 8 years ago and was highly impressed that he could make purchasing a floor so seamless. I didn’t realize it at the time but mentioned to him that he should run the store and was much better then the first salesperson (who I later found out was the store owner)… boy did I get a chuckle out of that… : ) It is now 2021 and I am making my third LL Flooring purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that Aaron was still working and in the Wilmington DE store that I was now purchasing the flooring from. What sets Aaron apart is that he is knowledable of the products, services / installation and will do everything he can to meet the customer needs.
