  I normally only post positive reviews with all the companies I have worked with. This will be the exception. I also try to give people grace. However, we had an AWFUL experience with Joel. From the moment we walked in the door, Joel acted like we were inconveniencing him. I guess once he realized that we were only looking for a bathroom vanity instead of a kitchen it wasn't worth his time? In any case, my husband is a carpenter and Joel was very condescending and down right rude. I asked him for ballpark estimates on what we were looking for and he stated he couldn't do that without putting anything in the system and he could not be bothered to even try to do that. We were about to leave the store solely because of Joel and fortunately, Jaime stepped in to help us. The experience was night and day. Jaime was attentive to us, answered all of our questions and helped us make any outstanding decisions. We did tell Jaime how much we didn't appreciate Joel's attitude and interaction with us. If it was not for Jaime, I would have left a one star review. I see positive reviews for Joel from other customers and it was anything but our experience. If you go to this store, please ask for Jaime and you will not be disappointed. He is a true customer focused employee!

  Went in to see about getting some cabinets that would match our current cabinets to add some more storage in the dining room. George was awesome in helping us, he was able to show us a cabinet that was very very close to what we have in the same color of off-white. The difference in the door pattern is so minute it will be hard to tell. We’re very excited for these to come in and add these in our dining room as an extension of our kitchen. Thank you George! Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend Cabinets To Go!
