- PPPolJan 26, 20265.0- This branch is bigger than the one in Vienna I visited, about 2 to 3 units wide. - The inside feels really open and airy, with staff ready to help at two different desks. - There’s no private parking lot, so you’ll have to find a spot on the street, which you have to pay for. But if you head to the residential alley right behind the shop, you can park for free for 2 hours and you’ll just have to walk a bit. - When I stopped by (Jan 22, afternoon), there were two staff members there who were ready to answer all my questions. No need to wait in line at all. - I went in looking for some specific tiles and talked to a staff member named Judi. She was super helpful and gave me all the info I needed. Just wanted to say a big thanks to her again through this review!

I bought everything for my backsplash/kitchen walls and when the contractor installed them, we were short 6 pieces. I called on the 8th and placed an for 6 extra marble sticks. I was told that I would get the order delivered to my house via FedEX, and it would arrive on the 12th. It is the 16th and they still have not arrived. The contractor keeps coming back every day and they are not here. I've called the store, spoke to the manager, and no one seems to know what has happened to this order. I keep getting told "let me call CA and I will call you right back" and I never get the call back. Honestly, for the amount of $ I paid, I expect better customer service. This is not the store to go if you need good customer service.
