  I originally called Harp to find out why I was not getting heat.Just getting them to give me an appointment that fit was a major hassle that required a manager to fix. Their technician came and diagnosed the problem was the blower motor. He did not have the part, couldn’t get the part and didn’t know when it would arrive but also wanted to also replace the board. He was useless. I had to wait till the next morning to find out it would be 3-5 business days before the part arrived. They made no attempt to locate the part locally and seemed not to care that we would be left in the cold for an entire week, even though we told them we were in our 80’s. I called Aiello . An hour later Joel was at my door. Did his own diagnostic check and determined that it was the blower motor. But instead of telling me to wait a week, he called supply houses, found the part, drove out to get it, returned and fixed the problem. What a pleasure to deal with a company that hired professionals that have initiative and really want to fix problems immediately.i am grateful to have found a company who cares

  Buyer beware. This company will price gouge and try to sell you repairs you don’t even need. I paid approximately $366 for a diagnostic visit and was told my well pump and pressure tank needed to be replaced at a cost of nearly $6,000. I was told the system was old and the pump was overheating. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion. Another company came out and correctly identified the issue as an electrical problem, not the pump or tank and had my water restored within two hours. This means I was almost pushed into a completely unnecessary $6,000 repair for something that wasn’t even broken. What made this situation even worse was my interaction with their manager, Kia. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, he chose to correct my pronunciation of the company’s name and made a point to highlight my Spanish accent. When I told him his behavior felt discriminatory, he doubled down and continued correcting how I was speaking. That is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. No customer should feel disrespected or judged over how they speak while trying to resolve a serious issue. To be fair, after I requested to speak with his supervisor, Scott contacted me. He listened, apologized, and said he would review the conversation and address it internally. He also refunded my money, including the membership fee. While I appreciate Scott doing the right thing, the overall experience including the misdiagnosis, the unnecessary $6,000 quote, and the disrespectful interaction, has completely destroyed my trust in this company. In my opinion, the membership program offers no real value. I will not be doing business with Aiello again, and I will be telling my friends and family to stay away. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs from this company, better yet stay away.

  The technician did a great job and completed the repair in a timely manner. My only negative comments is my receipt did not show the breakdown for hourly rate, materials, tax and fees. I received the total cost with no explanation. I thought the price I was charged was high. Technician took approximately 3hrs to complete job so it would be nice to know the hourly rate being charged and cost for any materials, tax and fees. I supplied all the new parts except for a small amount of copper pipe and fittings. I thought it was the law to show the breakdown down. The job was done well but I think I was over charged. Oh well I needed it done being my only shower.

  About a year ago we needed a hot water heater and they did a phenomenal job, so when the heat stopped working we called and they made it happen. They arrived early and deep with each specialist, electrician, HVAC, plumbers and so on needed. They are quite polite and left the house in the shape you would expect. They took all the old parts of the boiler and gently wheeled the new one in and through the basement door. Not as easy as one may think. The final job was phenomenal and this is where this review comes in. Next year most likely will have them upgrade the electricity to 220.

  If I could leave negative stats I would. I called and booked an appointment with clear and concise requests. Described the issue and what was needed. Asked for specific services and after being put on hold to confer with a plumbing manager to confirm was given a price. I thought the price was low so I confirmed my request. Techs got to my house. Suddenly the price shoots up and multiplies by 7. I wa stood that i must have misunderstood, that they had to follow procedures. Snake a line that had no water in it to find a back up that didn’t exist as my plumbing hasn’t been used in well over a week. Was told that i didn’t give them a clear description of the job. I called home office and spoke to the very same person who agreed with the price? passed me to the manager, suddenly i am wrong. Standing my ground, refusing to be told that i said something I didn’t and refusing to be lied to became “ you are being aggressive and assertive”. “you are being too emotional”. The techs were pulled off the job. the techs apologized to me for the confusion and for it being able to help me, and left. It was not their fault. Call center baits and switches pricing, expecting you to just buckle under. Avoid at all costs.
