  A huge thanks to all of you at Home Square/Lucci who went out of your way to get me my power back. One of the incoming lines was corroded per the electric company inspection and the entire exterior meter panel and incoming lines and interior main panel needed to be replaced. HomeSquare/Lucci made my job a priority. The weather was 32-34 degrees and dropping and it was raining then sleeting. Their men worked diligently through the rain and sleet until the job was done. Great guys! Such a great job! Beautiful work!

  Best in the area 100%. They're prompt, go excellent work, leave NO mess...just solid work. Lost our LONG - (and heavy) - like 200 feet from road to tether pole power/cable lines to house last big storm. Big branch ripped it down & clean off the house...together with power Co hanging new wires - wrapped with a steel cable to reinforce, LUCCI had to sinch it all up tight; install new 'buckle' and trunk to power box...big job, many would have simply replaced whole box $$ Lucci repaired it, installed great new parts & had us squared away right quick. Excellent! (no offense Lucci's, but hope we don't see you again - for a while 😉😘)

  I had a very negative experience with this company. I set up an assessment appointment with Lucci, and they made me wait a month for the next available slot. They then rescheduled me for an even later date (about another week)... The worst part of this story however was when their “head” electrician came over (his name was Chris). I found him to be rude and genuinely uninterested in the work I wanted done. Half way thru the assessment he told me that this was all “service work” and he is not going to give me a quote, he said “this is all general service work and it’s all going to be charged by the hour.” I then asked if he could give me an idea of how many hours this would take, and he said something to the effect of I don’t know I wasn’t looking that closely... At that point he pretty much said I think we’re done and let him self out... All in all, I was left with nothing but a lot of wasted time.. Needles to say I’m not interested in working with them in the future.. Last note, they seem to have 2 receptionists at the time of writing this, one was very polite the other one was not!

  We called Lucci Electric for a large job and the receptionist was rude & indifferent. She didn't seem interested in the work and hung up without even a goodbye. Poor customer service.

  Lucci set my house up with a generator. They did a great job and were complete professionals!
