  We hired Windowrama for two projects. One went very well (installing new basement Anderson windows), and one went very wrong (installing a new United Window on my first floor). With respect to the latter, although the installation team was superb and not to blame, the wrong window was ordered by the project manager and installed, forcing us to update 3 other windows to match it. This turned a $3k repair into a $9k repair. We spoke with upper management who were professional and sympathetic and worked with us on a deal to try and make things right, which definitely smoothed things over. However, we are $6k out of pocket and dealt with this headache for months, so 3 stars.

He possesses many decades of experience. Plus, Ken offers a variety of price options. In fact, his company, with 25 locations, is the #2 supplier in retail sales for Andersen Windows. I am referring him to all my friends and home remodelers.
