  Resto Pros of Hartford was great to work with. The team was professional, responsive, and walked me through the entire process without any confusion. They showed up when they said they would, explained what was happening, and handled everything efficiently. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right, not just getting in and out. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with water or property damage.

  I had a great experience working with RestoPros. Ayo and his team were extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They helped me with mitigation at my house and handled almost everything directly with my insurance company, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. Communication was clear, the work was done quickly and correctly, and they followed through on everything they said they would do. I highly recommend RestoPros to anyone dealing with water damage or needing restoration work. Great people and great service.

  As a real estate professional mold can be a very stressful issue for home owners and occupants. Dylon and his team made the process extremely effortless. They are transparent, Wont add or hide fees, and will educate you along the way. I highly recommend and will use them again for future jobs.

  I would highly recommend RestoPros. I am a tough customer to please and I expect high quality. They met all my expectations. After meeting RestoPros at a local business expo, I kept their info in my back pocket. At the event I was very impressed with the owner. Little did I know 2 weeks later I would their services. I remembered my good interaction with the owner and took a chance. Had a flood in my basement where water had been sitting a few inches high for over 2 days. I contacted RestoPros and they reached out to me immediately. They explained the cleanup process, where insurance would come into play, and answered any questions I had. When it was time to do the actual work, they were very punctual and constantly communicated with me. Any concerns I had about the process they were always open to listening regardless of how I may have phrased it. They were very proactive about things. After the clean up work was done RestoPros, didn't leave me hanging. They actually offered their reconstruction branch of their company to redo my basement after it was damaged. They were patient with me while I waited for my schedule to clear up. THey didn't pressure me with doing business with them or anything. They gave me a very good price to do the re-do the basement. They were upfront with how things would work and communication was very clear. The workers perfoming the work were very nice and respectable. They showed up on time to do work everyday. If I had questions they made sure to get my questions answered. The turned around the project very quickly. I was their only project which was great. They completed the work in about 6 days. The team did a great job on my basement. Painting was really good, flooring was excellent, the craftsmanship was A+. I would highly recommend.
