  Adam was wonderful to work with. I replaced my roof in Sept 2025 .Great communication. Returned my emails and phone calls promptly.Very detailed contract He said it would be done in 2 days and it was. I was so impressed with his men that did the work. They showed up on time and left my place immaculate! They leave blowed all around the house.They were so careful with my landscaping. I interviewed 3 different roofers. I liked Adam because he came with excellent references. Putting a roof on is an expensive job and after interviewing him i felt confident the job would get done right( he pulled the permits) and in a timely manner i would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

  We recently had our roof and gutters replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. We got a few quotes, and Maynard was right in the same price range as the others—but the quality of their work and the materials they used really stood out. The crew was professional, punctual, and thorough from start to finish. Communication was great throughout the process, and the clean-up was spotless. Our home looks fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality roofing or gutter work at a reasonable cost! This was a big job (tear down of two layers on a dual-gable roof colonial and gutter replacement) and I’m so glad we chose Maynard.

  Maynard roofing was on time and did a good job replacing my large roof that had a few skylights involved. Left the premises nicely cleaned up. I would recommend them.
