Wren's panoramic 360 was a great tool to be able to see what the kitchen would really look like. We went to see their showroom, and it doesn't disappoint. You can get a real feel for how everything can come together there. Overall, great staff and a great experience. Thank you, Brian

I have never been in a place where l've felt so welcome by such a wonderful young man. I’m beyond thrilled with my new kitchen. Emmanuel, our designer, was a total pro—easy to work with and always ready to hear my endless questions. He recommended an appliance company that hooked me up with a sweet package deal, and I’m glad I listened.The process took some time (doesn’t it always?), but in the end, everything turned out flawless. If you’re looking for a dream kitchen team, this is it. Emmanuel is so hilarious great sense of humor! He would come over to the house off the clock to help us with measurements !!! A very dedicated young man! Says he doesn’t care about the sale he wants to grow! And that’s what we need from customer service people! Hungry and ambitious people!! Honestly every step with him was a blast! Definitely recommend this place for anyone who is a first time home owner too! It helped me a lot and they truly helped with price ! Looking forward to finally have my kitchen!

We were wanting to conjoin our households since my father had recently passed away. We needed a bigger home that was suitable for us all and it seemed like ower kitchen was just going to be way to small to have any space .Emmanuel Rivera (manny) from the Waterbury wren kitchens and his team took the time to help us all. He helped us every step of the way. Emmanuel Rivera and his entire staff were always available to answer any questions we had and really took the time to explain the whole process with each of us. Finding a perfect kitchen that worked for ower entire family and purchasing something we all came to an agreement to as a family was no easy task, but The Emmanuel from wren kitchens made it all possible and helped us through this journey had so much patience and understanding for all of us with what we all wanted and was SUPER creative with his design. It’s been very difficult since my father has passed away and Emmanuel was super supportive and cheerful with the whole process… I cannot explain how much of a joy my Journey with this kid has been! Will definitely be recommending wren to other people especially towards this bright kid. This wren kitchens are a very dedicated team that will go the extra mile to meet you and your families needs. It was truly an awesome experience to have Them show us 3D images of ower kitchen and let us walk into ower kitchen with VR before we even have ower kitchen! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO EMMANUEL AND ZACK for the amazing support of motivation and information! 2 gems of wren who are an asset to the Waterbury area! - JSJanet SuquilandaFeb 26, 20251.0Cabinets with the built in doors were not aligned. So after installing some are higher than the others. The idiot at the Waterbury showroom decreased the size of the entire cabinets and then sends me 2 same size huge countertops. When I wanted to make changes they kept telling me they are in production so I couldn't. At their last email to me I was told since I didn't state what changes I needed production is in process and can no longer change. NEVER will recommend anyone to go to them. I should've done it with Home Depot. Tiffany Rivera does not know how to design a kitchen.
