During the first visit, the technician worked on the unit and said he would wait for it to reach the correct temperature before leaving. Instead, after watching it remain at 49°F for some time, he left and told us it should reach temp overnight. It never did. The refrigerator has not dropped below 49°F since. We scheduled a second service call, and the technician then suggested replacing the entire refrigerator rather than repairing it — something that should have been communicated during the first visit, especially if the issue was a leak. The work description for the second call also inaccurately states that we reported the temperature had dropped to 42°F. We clearly communicated that it was holding at 52°F, not dropping. We contacted them regarding billing, as we were charged for both visits nearly $1,600 despite the issue not being properly diagnosed during the first appointment. Our call has not been returned.
