I wish I could leave a sixth star. Leo and Junior were an absolute pleasure to deal with and the completed work was A+++. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job for EXACTLY what they quoted and did meticulous work. Could not ask for anything else.

I just had my wood floors complete Monday June 1, 2020 I did not want all of my first floor done only the family room and breakfast room. I wanted them to stop in the middle of my foyer.. What a great job you cannot tell where they ended. Great Match and Great guys!!! Very Neat and cleaned up to perfection. I would hire them back when I need any of my wood floors redone.

Frequently Asked Questions About AP Wood Floors

What are the main differences between refinishing hardwood floors and installing vinyl plank floors?

What are the main differences between refinishing hardwood floors and installing vinyl plank floors? Refinishing hardwood: Restores existing floors: This option is perfect if your existing hardwood floors are in good condition but need a refresh. More natural look: Offers the beauty and warmth of real wood. Requires more maintenance: Needs regular cleaning and periodic refinishing. Potentially dusty and disruptive: The process involves sanding and dust, and your home will be inaccessible for several days. Installing vinyl plank: Brand new look: Offers a variety of styles and colors to create a completely new look for your space. Durable and low-maintenance: Resistant to scratches, stains, and moisture. Easy to install: Can be installed as a floating floor over existing subfloors, making it DIY-friendly. Lower cost: Generally cheaper than refinishing hardwood floors. Less natural look: Vinyl does not offer the same warmth and character as real wood.

2. What factors should I consider when choosing between hardwood and vinyl plank?

Budget: Vinyl plank is generally more affordable than refinishing hardwood. Lifestyle: Consider your lifestyle and how much wear and tear your floors will experience. Vinyl is more durable and easier to maintain, making it a good choice for families with pets or children. Desired look: Hardwood offers a timeless and classic look, while vinyl offers a wider range of styles and colors. Existing subfloor: Some subfloors may not be suitable for all types of flooring. DIY experience: Vinyl plank is easier to install yourself than hardwood, which typically requires professional installation.
