  THE ABSOLUTE BEST COMPANY! Jon went above and beyond, he was extremely helpful and honest. I truly felt like he wanted help. I wouldnt recommend anyone else at this point they are the absolute best. We'll be customers for life.

  I placed a review on here, and when I went to look at it, it was removed. I would not trust the rating if the company can remove negative reviews. Here is the review a second time. I had a no heat emergency call. I agreed to the whopping $269 emergency service call fee. It was determined it was a clogged filter. They literally did not have the filter on the truck. How is this possible? A common problem, and easy fix, and they don't have the filter on the truck. They left me in a difficult situation. Since this review was removed by the company, I will now place it on all social media platforms to make sure others do not fall victim of this company. Ask yourself, how many more of these reviews have been removed???

  The service was outstanding. The team was friendly, went above and beyond, and even helped with things beyond the service they came to do. When an issue came up that wasn’t their fault, they called CNG and had it resolved within the hour. Jon explained everything clearly and showed me how to change the filter. As a nurse who is always caring for others, it felt great to be taken care of. Highly recommend!
