Beth gave us a date and time. Mark Sr and Jr arrived on time. They are the best contractors we have ever worked with! Extremely neat and clean, exceptional workmanship. We were so pleased we contracted for 2 more rooms. Once again, we had the same pleasant experience! In our many projects to our home, we have never used any business more than once as there was always an issue that soured our experience. We would not hesitate to contact Gagnon’s for a third time! Pride of ownership and workmanship is very evident.

Through a recommendation from a friend, I called Gagnon's and someone came to evaluate the next day. Then the 3 day refinishing job was set in their schedule fairly quickly. I am so grateful for all of their efforts and consideration! And my floors are GORGEOUS! Both Marks are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and everyone in this family owned business are simply nice people to work with!
