  We have really enjoyed working with CNM. Our local company was purchased by a larger regional company, and the experience wasn't great. So we switched our Oil delivery to CNM this past winter, and we also needed them to replace a forced air system around the same time. Their oil delivery is timely, and we haven't run out of oil. I know that isn't amazing, but the previously company caused us to run out of oil on two separate occassions even though we had auto delivery. We also had our heating system replaced. It was a bit of an emergency because we were coming into winter, and they ordered quickly and scheduled the installation quickly. Everything has been great, and they've been easy to communicate with.

  I am so pleased with CNM. Excellent, knowledgeable people and helpful service. They just replaced my boiler and did a wonderful job. You won't be dissapointed with this company. I've been a construction manager for over 45 years. These guys are top shelf and reasonably priced.

  Mark from CNM was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything and reassured us that he would be able to resolve any safety issues. Mark was thorough with his assessment and able to look at the furnace and address safety issues with the tank in a reasonable amount of time. He waived any assessment fees and stated he felt we were already significantly overcharged by the previous company for the level of work that they provided stating "companies like that give us a bad name." I would highly recommend CNM, Heating, Cooling, Piping, LLC for any assessment or service and repair needs. We will be utilizing their company for annual service and any replacement or repair needs in the future.
