- DPDan PaceSep 5, 20255.0Our experience with Wren in Stamford was outstanding, our designer was Sam , he listened to our needs and requests and came up with a perfect design, he listened to any changes we wanted to make and made it happen. Sam made sure we were happy before we put the order in. From order to final installation took about a month an we couldn’t be happier. Wren hires independent contractors for installation of the cabinets & countertops , we were lucky that our installers were very good and made sure we were happy with the finished product. They are European style cabinets and they are certainly not flimsy like one review mentioned. We had priced cabinets from other stores in the area and it would have cost us at least double the price. Thank you Sam for all your help!

- KKKevinAug 8, 20251.0I got as far as the in-home measurement. The technician seemed mystified where he was supposed to measure, the measurements were incorrectly transferred to the plans. The kicker was the Wren team began filling out forms on my behalf, without consulting with me. The manager was difficult to work with. Do what I did, and go with a local cabinetry specialist. The prices are the same as Wren, but the teams are much more competent.
- PNPreethi NairJun 13, 20251.0I bought two kitchens from wren. Took about 6 months to get the cabinet and counter tops installed. They promise to “expedite” the installation while you are sitting with the designer just to get your business. Once you sign the contract you are on your own. The counter top quartz came faulty and with large design imperfections. When I complained , they said quartz is manufactured and installed by a third party and since it is already installed they can’t do anything about it. There was some miscommunication on the design and they refused to fix it without extra payment. They don’t care about customers and they don’t stand by their product. Spend your money elsewhere.
