  NEVER AGAIN. Think you're ordering a white kitchen? Think again! All of the white cabinets have a grey border that's meant to act as a "shadow." Well rather than acting as a "shadow," it looks absolutely crazy. Picture an old ratty car that has one door different than the other. This grey edging creates distinct grey lines throughout the cabinets and is very clearly visible when any door/drawer is opened. Needless to say, my order was refused upon delivery. I would never spend $10k on a kitchen I was unhappy with. The customer service as Wren is nothing to brag about either. They're friendly and accommodating until the moment you put your deposit down. Once they lock you in, all bedside manner goes out the window. It is constant back and forth with changes, delays with a "compliance team", MULTIPLE measurements taken because they were wrong the first time. Then trying to talk to a decent human being about this grey edging as been a nightmare. I would never recommend for anyone to use Wren Kitchens in ANY capacity and will never be taking my business back to them. This was truly a disappointment.

  DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT STRESS. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. HOLD DETAILS FROM YOU, THEY LIE AND LIE. THERE ARE ADDITIONAL COSTS AND MORE. STAY AWAY!!!! IM GOING THRU IT RIGHT NOW. I PURCHASED A NEW STOVE AND HOOD BUT YHEY WONT INSTALL THE HOOD AFTER THEY ORDERED THE WRONG ONE AND NIW THEY WONT INSTALL THE FAUCET I PURCHASED FROM THEM. THEY SAY THATS ADDITIONAL. YOU CALL SUPPORT AND THEY DONT CALL BACK. THEY DO NOT CARE!!! THEY LEAVE YOUR HOUSE A MESS AND JUST LEAVE AND DONT COME BACK.

  We were a bit hesitant at first after reading some earlier reviews, but we decided to move forward and we’re so glad we did. Bill was honestly great — easy to deal with, really listened to what we wanted, and knew his stuff. He promised to fully handle our order and kept us up to date throughout the whole process, which we really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth from the in-home measure right through to delivery and install. We loved the final design, it truly brought our vision to life. Everything was quick, well organised, and reliable. Truly do recommend working with Bill.

  I walked into Home Depot intending to visit the kitchen design area to create a layout using their 3D modeling system, and I was fortunate to be assisted by Bill. From the start, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to what I was looking for. He took the time to truly understand my vision and translated it seamlessly into a beautiful 3D kitchen design. What stood out most was his ability to balance cost-effectiveness with style—he was very mindful of budget considerations without compromising the overall look or functionality. He was punctual, detail-oriented, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I never felt rushed or upsold, just genuinely supported and well-advised. I left feeling confident in the design and excited about the next steps. I highly recommend Bill to anyone looking for a thoughtful, efficient, and stylish kitchen design experience. At this time I cannot comment on anything further then the 3D design process.
