Thanks to his thorough explanation and advocacy, the manufacturer agreed to cover the cost of a brand-new unit despite it being past the warranty date. The SDR team immediately scrambled to locate a new unit and had it installed in record time. The work was done efficiently, the labor pricing was fair, and they left everything spotless.
