This morning, I was informed by text that my 8:00 a.m. appointment was canceled due to the technician’s illness. After waiting two months for this appointment, I was offered only a replacement time on Christmas Eve, which is not an acceptable alternative. I am sure Air solution has more than one technician. It was really bad.
