Had a great experience with All City Gutters. Ihor came out quickly to scope the job and get me an estimate, and scheduling the work was just as fast. We hit an unforeseen issue with drainage due to a high water table, and Ihor walked me through three options to address it. He and Vasyl completed everything in a timely manner and were diligent and professional throughout. Highly recommend.

Igor and team were super professional, responsive and well priced vs other quotes we had gotten. The new gutters are already making a huge difference with less flooding and eliminated water in basement.
Do I still need to clean my gutters with guards installed?
While gutter guards significantly reduce the need for frequent cleaning, we recommend an annual inspection to ensure optimal performance. High-quality guards effectively block large debris, but fine particles like shingle grit and pollen may occasionally accumulate over time.
Will gutter guards work with my existing gutters?
In most instances, gutter guards are compatible with existing gutters. Our range of protection systems, including micro-mesh, surface tension, and screened guards, are designed to integrate seamlessly with standard aluminum, copper, and seamless gutters.
Are gutter guards worth the investment?
Gutter guards are indeed a worthwhile investment. They substantially reduce clogging caused by leaves and debris, minimizing the risk of water damage and foundation issues. Additionally, they eliminate the need for frequent, potentially hazardous manual cleaning.
Can I install new gutters myself?
While self-installation is possible, professional installation ensures proper pitching, secure mounting, and correct downspout placement. Our experts handle custom sizing and complex alignment to guarantee optimal water flow and protect your home's foundation.
What is the lifespan of aluminum vs. copper gutters?
With proper maintenance, aluminum gutters typically last 20 to 30 years. Copper gutters, known for their exceptional durability, can last 50 years or more. Over time, copper gutters often develop an attractive, protective patina.
What is the benefit of a seamless gutter system?
Seamless gutters, custom-made on-site, have significantly fewer joints than traditional sectional gutters. This design greatly reduces the potential for leaks and clogs, resulting in lower maintenance requirements and improved performance. They also offer a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
How do I know if I need new gutters?
Signs indicating the need for new gutters include visible rust, cracks, peeling paint, mildew on siding, water pooling near the foundation, or gutters separating from the fascia. If your gutters frequently overflow or require constant repairs, replacement is often more cost-effective in the long run.
How often should my gutters be cleaned?
For homes surrounded by trees, we generally advise professional gutter cleaning twice annually, typically in late spring and late fall. Homes without significant tree coverage may only require annual cleaning.
Why is a professional gutter inspection necessary?
A professional inspection involves more than just debris removal. Our technicians assess the gutter pitch, check for leaks, examine fasteners, and look for early signs of rust, corrosion, or fascia damage. Identifying these issues early can prevent costly repairs in the future.
When should I choose gutter repair vs. full gutter replacement?
Repair is ideal for isolated issues like minor leaks, a few loose hangers, or a single damaged section. Replacement is recommended if damage is widespread, if the gutters are heavily corroded, or if they are significantly undersized for your roof.
