Salesman who came out was great, and showed me a bunch of prefinished floor options. The installers were on time and more importantly cleaned up when it was over. Respected my house. Floors look awesome. They also did the floors of some of my family and friends houses, they said the same thing. I will use them again to refinish some older floors I have upstairs. I'd give them a call if you in the market, at least get a quote.
