  Poor service overall. The repair job looked rushed and unprofessional. Some sections of the gutter were left loose, and debris was not cleaned up afterward. Bad experience with them. They are truly unprofessional and worthless. They just waste my money and time. Don't deal with them.

  I have known Edgar for over four years and can confidently speak to his genuine kindness, humility, and professionalism. He went above and beyond in assisting my family and me throughout the entire process of closing our porch. He was very accommodating with our busy schedule and took the time to thoroughly explain each step from start to finish, answering all of our questions along the way. The results exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and service provided. Edgar consistently demonstrates a strong willingness to help others and makes large projects like this both achievable and cost-effective in today’s rising market. Couldn’t be more content and grateful!

  JC Construction resided a home for me several years ago. There are now a few areas of faulty siding that must be replaced. JC Construction left the excess siding when they completed the job. I signed a contract with this Company because the represented they are always available and willing to return for repairs. I reached out to the owner, Jefferson, to return for a repair and there is no response. We realize there could be a charge and no warranty and were willing to pay the expense however there is no response. We are 22 miles away from their Southbury location. It is not reasonable for the owner of a company to represent he is always available for repairs and then not respond. The Company is non responsive following several calls. We have all the texts and information we sent Jefferson requesting his assistance. The only response we have is that he has moved, however the company is still doing business out of the Southbury location. Use caution when doing business with this Company. Joe

  I do not recommend this Company. There are better choices that don't misrepresent their work and service. JC Construction sided a two family home for me several years ago. One of the reasons I hired them and signed a contract was the follow up they represented and promised during our discussions. I have two areas of siding on the house that are now faulty and have to replaced. We have the extra siding they left with us at the conclusion of the job. I personally contacted Jefferson, the owner and he is not responding or scheduling an appointment to take care of this. We realize there might be a charge given the job was done a few years ago and are happy to pay the Company to make the repair. A few key facts, this was an expensive job we could have given to another contractor however we trusted this Company. The house is in Southington CT and located 22miles from JC Construction in Southbury CT The only response we received is that they moved and no longer work in CT. A strange response given they are still operating in CT. More facts, our house is in the pictures on google and we have all the texts and emails available if this Company disputes the review with google. Also, we were not looking for any type of warranty we simply wanted the siding repaired and will pay the bill. Do not hire this Company!! When the job is done, they are gone and don't stand behind their work!!
