I had fallen in love with a shower tile that turned out to look totally different from the sample when it was delivered in boxes! Leslie spoke to the vendor and returned the whole lot then took me with her to the distributor to pick out an alternate tile. 2 days later we were back on track for the installation. My kitchen backsplash was a nightmare to figure out because my countertops were just a few shades off white...again, we searched and I found a perfect solution! They all are professional and accommodating to work with and I am a well satisfied consumer!
