  Had a pipe burst and water damage in Feb. Dan and Blake did a great job from mitigation to restoration. Very impressed by their quick responses (Dan even responded to my initial request immediately on Saturday midnight! and of course they always respond to my messages without any delay), professional services and the quality of job. Highly recommended!

  RestoPros did a spectacular job with the broken water pipe damage I experienced at my home. They, Dan Krieger lead associate and contact, reacted immediately to my on-site referral contact. Within an hour after the initial contact/notification, Dan was at my home assessing the situation and then sitting with me and explaining the expected due process moving forward with all interested and vested parties. Once the process began Dan was on site and managed the daily procedures of all the RestoPros personnel. The process was seamless and I was confident the necessary work would be done in a timely manner and within budget. I highly recommend Dan Krieger and the RestoPros group as an extremely professional and knowledgeable operation, and I encourage any and all that are in need of professional cleanup, either home or business, that you contact Dan Krieger and RestoPros to bring you through that professional remediation process.   Dan, Blake, and the entire RestoPros of New Haven team were fantastic start to finish. We experienced a sudden burst pipe and massive water loss in the main floor of our home. They responded within a couple hours and helped clean up and get everything back to how it was before. Dan and Blake responded day and night to any questions or concerns I had throughout the project.   My boiler broke and flooded my carpet on Jan 18th. I was referred to Blake and his team, they were at my house within 1 hour with equipment ready to go. They made the process so simple, moved my furniture, and repeatedly checked on the progress making sure they had meter readings each time. The handled the process with my insurance company and kept me up to date on everything. Blake and his team made what could have been a bad experience so easy for us. They even do the repairs!! I would 1000% recommend them they are kind, compassionate, dedicated and make you feel like family.
