Skip, the owner, came out to our home in Southington and fixed the issue quickly and without a problem. Fast-forward to this year. We moved to a nearby town and have been using Reed Mechanical at our new house for heating and A/C maintenance for the last few months. Skip sent out different people for these jobs, and they are not as experienced or knowledgeable as him. For issues with both the heat and A/C, the technicians had to call Skip who would try to help them over the phone. Twice, (once for heat, once for A/C), they had to come back the next day to fix something that they did not notice on the first visit. On both of these instances, I was charged for two days of work. I shared this concern with Skip who told me that he didn't want me to be unhappy, but, ultimately, did nothing to resolve the issue.
