Jolley Precast began in 1923 by William Jolley with the manufacturing of concrete well tile for his hand dug well business. His son, Clarence, expanded the business and product line to include septic tanks and leaching products. As the family grew, so did the business and product line. Bulkheads, steps, commercial and industrial sized tanks, catch basins, manholes, and light pole bases. We also stock an extensive line of 4” pipes and fittings.
