    Absolutely horrible customer experience. They took my entire payment in full, booked out the installation for months later, confirmed with me twice leading to the install date (which I took a day off for) and then cancelled with me on the actual install date, well after the time they were supposed to arrive, due to "weather". No rain. Skies were clear. No empathy from the customer service rep. Claimed "company policy" had their hands tied, so it was basically my problem to deal with. Said management will call me back. I asked what's the "company policy" on the call back. She said she didn't know, maybe 48 hours later. Don't bother giving your money to this company. After you pay them, they won't care about you.

    Luke Mazzeo was so helpful with explaining the various options of sheds and answering many questions that I had. Any questions that he did not know he followed up with finding out the answer(s) for me. In addition he had lots of patience with me. He was very professional.

    Had a great experience, very happy with my shed. The software from the very start to design your shed is very easy to use, and then I appreciate Ken from Tuff Shed working with me to add features to my shed that I realize I needed. Great experience with the whole Tuff Shed team, and the shed is high quality and looks great! Very happy.

    My experience with Tuff Shed and "Ken" have been just amazing. from the initial process, thru the design application, and an ahead of schedule build!!! (including a main office follow-up).... all at 110%... Thank you Tuff Shed...and thank you "Ken"..

    It took me awhile to get comfortable/ the Tuff Shed process, but the folks at the Hartford site were patient and answered all my questions professionally and competently. Once I made the purchase decision, the next steps were laid out clearly and each completed on schedule. My local Tuff Shed rep, Ken Schmid, was very helpful throughout. When it came to installation, this process was clearly communicated and executed per the schedule we agreed to. The two installers arrived as scheduled and were cordial and professional in all regards. The installation took about 4 hours and the Site was left perfectly clean. I am a very satisfied customer.
