- SBSue BorzenskiSep 29, 20251.0Have an older fence with sagging gate. Asked them how much to reset. Said "you can do that yourself". When I said no they set an appt for estimator to come out. Vin called me and said he didn't need to come out "you can do it yourself. Called the office to ask how much, which she wouldn't tell me and the endless circle continued. A good rep would have called me back, but of course they didn''t. It appears they only consider new business. You're out of luck if you need any kind of repair. I am going to write a letter to them as well. Perhaps someone in authority will respond, but not holding my breath.

I had an issue with some spacing on my slanted driveway between that and the bottom of the fence, and they came up with a solution, and installed it a week later. I was very happy about that.
