- MJMichael JulianoDec 19, 20254.0Wren Kitchens just finished installing new cabinets and countertops in my kitchen. The result is pretty nice, but getting there wasn't what I would call a pleasurable experience. I felt as if the designer was trying to upsell me on more cabinets than I wanted, though I told him several times I just wanted a like for like replacement because that is what my insurance policy would cover. When I tried to get an estimate for the insurance company, Wren kept giving me an estimate with an incorrect sales tax. At the end of the installation, the installers had to make three trips and more materials had to be delivered just to install a simple toe kick for a standalone cabinet because someone at Wren underestimated needed materials. This may not sound like a big deal, but it caused a lot of hassles on the ground for me and the installers. To be honest, I'm just glad to be done with this installation. I give the final result 4.5 stars. I give execution 3 stars.
