After months of searching for kitchen cabinets and a kitchen design, my wife and I stopped by the Wren Studio at our local Home Depot. Immediately we were impressed with the Wren Professionals eager to work with us. We were very pleased with the many design and style options Wren offers. The process of a married couple agreeing on a kitchen design is a challenge but our Wren Professionals - Elene and Dan made it fun and served as very capable referees.
The installation, customer service, follow up, communications and accurate delivery dates and scheduling, we were equally surprised and very pleased with the entire experience.
If you are considering a new kitchen, RUN to Wren and get to know your local team. You will be happy, happy, happy!
Good Luck on your Wren Kitchen - Steve and Diana.

If I could give negative stars I would! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I hired Wren Kitchens (including the installation services) to replace the kitchen cabinets and countertop in my one-bedroom condo. Since the kitchen is so small, my request was to use the same exact footprint of the existing kitchen - basically just an update of the existing cabinets and countertop.
ISSUE #1: The contract was signed in June 2025, however, there were issues (on their end) with the financing application filing. After 3 weeks of being told that I needed to fill out yet another application, I finally got someone from the Norwalk, CT showroom who knew how to file the application properly. This delayed the processing, ordering & delivery of the new cabinets until the 3rd week of July 2025.
ISSUE #2: The installation of the cabinets occurred the last week of July 2025. After the installation was completed, I reviewed the install with their third-party installer and I was told that one of the cabinets that Wren sent had a faux drawer. This was not what was ordered and, because they were third-party contractors and don’t get paid unless they complete their work order, they installed the wrong cabinet regardless. When I complained, I was told that I needed to contact Wren Customer Service.
Wren Customer Service told me they would send out the correct cabinet, but it would take at least a week to 10 days. Once delivered, the installers had to come back to uninstall the wrong cabinet and then install the correct cabinet.
ISSUE #3: Once the cabinets were finally correct, I made arrangements to have the countertop templated (also using Wren installation services). When the countertop was delivered and installed, it did not come with the 4” backsplash. Again, the third-party installers told me that I need to call Wren Customer Service.
Wren Customer Service told me that the backsplash was left off the original order by my Showroom Designer (Norwalk, CT). After adding it back into the order, I was sent an email with a delivery & Install date. I was actually also contacted directly by the installer the night before the install date to confirm. However, on the day of install, they were a no show! I contacted Wren Customer Service, yet again, and was told that the backsplash pieces were never, in fact, fabricated!
HUGE, HUGE Red Flag #4: It is now mid-October, and we are putting the refrigerator and stove into their respective locations and the stove DOES NOT FIT!
At this point, after this much utter incompetence, I had an independent kitchen designer come to remeasure/check Wren’s measurements. It was determined that Wren’s measurement of one of the walls was incorrect by one inch!
My first call was to the Manager of the Norwalk Showroom because they were the ones who conducted the initial measurements but, of course, I was told to call Wren Customer Service.
After several calls and multiple attempts to escalate my issue, I finally spoke to someone in the Wren Restitutions Team.
Long story short, I had to have a plumber come and disconnect the faucet, sink and dishwasher in order to have the Wren installers come back to rip out the countertop and backsplash (causing some real damage to the walls) and move the base cabinets one inch to the left. After yet another screw up with them re-fabricating the countertop to the wrong size (again), this project finally came to an end the week before Christmas 2025. Six months without the full use of a kitchen!
I truly hope this review deters everyone from using this company. There were countless missed delivery and install dates, multiple deliveries of the wrong piece or part, not to mention the little thing of measuring the wall wrong! If this review does not deter you, I highly suggest you have an independent kitchen designer double check everything they do. Also, be prepared to use up all of your vacation, sick and personal days and expect the project to last at least 3-4 months longer than promised/expected. Good luck!
