Avoid this company at all costs. They advertised and followed up on a contract that my elderly mom signed in November (11/11). No date range, contract specified a year (from signing). After paying, another contract arrived saying since first contract expired November 30, she needed to pay for and sign another contract. Called, spoke to owner, he said this arrangement works for them. Unbelievable. Run far away from this company.
