  I am writing to formally complain about my recent cabinet purchase and the very poor experience I have had. At the time of ordering, your store had a large sign advertising 7-day delivery, and the store associate guaranteed 7-day delivery before I placed the order and completed full payment. However, after payment was completed, I was informed that the delivery date would be after 3 weeks, which was extremely upsetting. Based on the promised delivery date, I had already booked and scheduled my cabinet installer. Due to the unexpected delay, my installation had to be postponed, and I had to pay additional money to rebook my installer, causing unnecessary financial loss and disruption to my project. When the cabinets were finally delivered after 3 weeks, nearly half of them were broken, misaligned, and had open joints. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that replacements would be provided. However, I was then informed that I must wait another 12 days for the replacement cabinets. As a result: My project has been significantly delayed I incurred additional installer costs I experienced repeated delivery delays I received damaged and defective products despite full payment upfront This situation has caused major inconvenience, financial loss, and frustration. I believe this experience is unacceptable given the delivery guarantee and product expectations promised at the time of sale.
