- LALaleh AbbassiOct 7, 20241.0We were so excited to work with Hima until the install went wrong. The installers had to cut the pantry in order for it to fit. There are so many scratches and dents and screw holes in almost all the cabinets (see added photos - white cabinets) we can’t event keep track. Almost 10 years of saving for a home to end up with compromised cabinets to end up with a pile of wood chips everywhere makes me regret going with them. Not to mention the lack of responsiveness and professionalism is disheartening to say the least. Fazia did want to make things right and sent the installers to try and patch some of the issues but when I called regarding the screw holes after not hearing from them for close to a week, Hima insisted on raising her voice and I eventually had to hang up when she started to yell and continue to insist that I didn’t understand. Save your money and go elsewhere.
