He was rude, disrespectful, and seemed to be very uneducated in the field of pluming and heating. He made me feel as though my phone call was a burden and abruptly hung up on me. I am very disappointed in this company and i will make sure that i pass this negative review to all of my friends, family, and co workers in the new britain area as well as angies list.
