- ERElizabeth Rodriguez2 days ago5.0Called Rick’s for a basic bathroom repair, they did a good job taking care of it. Turned out to be a nightmare afterwards, they discovered after the repair that We had a bigger problem to the point the Town had to be called to shut my water down in my house, not knowing if we were going to have water for hours or days Rick’s went above and beyond to make sure that did not happen, what could have been a weekend nightmare Rick’s turned into a miracle. Water back up within a couple of hours, GREAT RESPONSE TIME GREAT SERVICE CLIENT FOR LIFE!!! Thank you Rick’s! Highly recommend!!!

During the estimate and service, he sought to repair what was repairable and only replace what wasn’t repairable. The prices were reasonable and within the estimate. We are super satisfied!

The office staff especially, Jen who I mostly worked with, was always nice to speak with and was patiently able to guide me through appointment schedules, etc. The installation crew of Evan, Jared and Tim were very professional and friendly. All of them were easy going and very willing to speak with and answered any questions I had regarding our new Navien unit. Also, they left the work area very neat and clean which I appreciated very much. They were great!
