  I had my Ductless system installed by Onofreo and I am Very satisfied with the service from start to finish. Very professional knowledgeable staff from the sales point to equipment installation. Everything done timely, well organized, and as promised. I will continue using Onofreo for all equipment maintenance needs.

  I am very happy with the service I received. Team is very prompt in replying to emails and address concerns. Tech team is very skilled and helpful I got my heating pump installed with 2 splits unit. I highly recommend them.

  Onofreo Home Comfort Systems LLC was wonderful from the first contact in February 2026. Chris came and had a look at the house, the old system and asked what I wanted and how each room was used. He was so knowledgeable and personable. I really felt comfortable with his level of expertise. The design was refined to a Bryant Heat Pump for the main level with an Ecobee Thermostat and a Bryant Mini-split in the basement. This meant that I did not lose any closet space for vents and each system is well suited for their purpose. Mike & Patrick showed up each day ready to work. Mike was very communicative; letting me know when he arrived and left each day and summarizing their progress. My cat was not stressed out by their presence, which was comforting as well. The ladies in the office were so friendly and professional. With the exception of the horrible snow which caused damage to my house and created an obstacle to my door, there were no issues. All around, everyone was great. I would definitely recommend Onofreo! They are a great company you can trust for your next project at an amazing price. Thank you Onofreo!
